"I was cured..... all right"
Malcolm McDowell delivers a haunting but beautiful performance in Stanley Kubrick's A Clockwork Orange. From his adorable accent to his crazy antics and facial expressions, I was totally impressed and engrossed in his performance. Alex Delarge is a deranged delinquent but has the heart of a boy. This is quite evident when he wreaks havoc with his "droogies" but conforms in no time after being incarcerated for rape and murder. His performance was top notch and he carried this film to insurmountable heights.
A Clockwork Orange is directed by Stanley Kubrick, an adaptation of Anthony Burgess 1962 novel of the same name. Brilliant, sinister, dark, comical and downright entertaining. Classic movie.
